Identity and contact data, professional background and qualifications, assessment outcomes, location at state and district level, and platform activity. Sensitive personal data is not requested; where certifications with health elements are relevant to a role (for example food-handling requirements), only the certification status is recorded.

Talent data is disclosed to employers only in anonymised form until you engage with a vacancy or an employer unlocks your profile. Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may access and correct your personal data through your profile, or contact us through the contact page for data access, correction or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent may limit the services we can provide.
