Terms of Service

Krute is a talent marketplace connecting candidates (Strategic, Workforce and Digital networks) with verified employers in Malaysia. Krute provides matching, screening and verification tools; employment relationships and engagements are formed directly between talent and employers.

One account per person or company, tied to a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Talent accounts are free of charge, permanently.

Employers must complete company verification before publishing vacancies. Vacancies must be genuine, lawful and accurately described, including pay information where shown. Krute may reject, suspend or remove any employer or vacancy that breaches these terms.

Talent never pays fees. Employer-side fees (candidate unlocks and subscription plans) are presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Krute verifies employers and screens talent profiles but does not guarantee hiring outcomes, attendance or performance. To the extent permitted by law, Krute's liability is limited to fees paid to Krute in the preceding three months.
