Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

This is a working draft prepared for launch. It will be reviewed by legal counsel before public release.

What we collect

Account information you provide when registering: name, email address and phone number. For talent: your CV, work history, skills, location (state and district), availability and assessment results. For employers: company name, SSM registration number, business address and contact details.

Usage information generated as you use the platform: applications, saved vacancies, shift responses and messages sent through Krute.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: matching talent with vacancies, verifying employers, processing applications and shift bookings, and showing employers anonymised candidate summaries until they choose to unlock a full profile.

We never sell personal data. Talent identities are hidden from employers until an unlock, and employer company documents are visible only to our verification team.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed database in Singapore with row-level access controls, encrypted in transit. Access to personal data inside Krute is restricted by role, and administrative actions are permanently logged.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us through the contact page. We respond within the timelines required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
